    "Iffy service and dodgy business practises"

    Pros: Nothing positive to report regarding this group of cowboys and charlatans, service barely works at all.

    Cons: Barely works, no UK number, web interface is clunky at best, customer service is diabolical. Oh and should you try to cancel, expect them to try and charge your card an exorbitant amount.

    Overall: Nightmare experience with this organisation, avoid at all costs. No contract and yet they want to charge an insane cancellation fee, despite no functioning service provided.

    "Very Effective and Affordable "

    Pros: Affordable sip trunking plans allowing me to have all my hotel locations telephone numbers connected to one single sip.

    Cons: Porting cost where a bit expensive when we had to initially transfer our numbers to you.

    Overall: Great customer service and overall a good service. We have used the service across our hotels for over 10 years.
