Pros: Electric continues to improve and has taken a lot of the day-to-day support tickets- employee requests and tech issues and network problems. I can actually focus on my job vs helping someone who is locked out of their email because they forgot their password the third time this month.
Cons: They're a growing company so there's sometimes hiccups in service. We had to upgrade to get phone support vs the chat-based.
Overall: Great overall experience. They are very quick to respond to any issue that you may have. Most services can be done remotely which is extremely convenient, especially in a fast-paced work environment.

Pros: Electric fulfills all the requirements that are required in real-time support software. The response time is really less. It has very advanced features like real-time support
Cons: There are no major cons, but I would like to receive updates more frequently.

Pros: Electric is great and easy to use remote monitoring software to manage and control every business IT systems and assets. I liked it's remote IT security and service management. It's stable and reliable.
Cons: It would be great if it has better alerting system.
Overall: Overall, Electric is an excellent platform for every IT solution to make their processes fast, accurate and in realtime data monitoring. Great tool for IT management. Go for it!!

Pros: - I can slack electric and get a response within minutes- they almost always resolve my issue within an hour.
- Super easy to set up and use.Cons: - Sometimes approvals (from my own team) take a little bit, but not really Electric's fault.
Overall: Great product and idea. Perfect for fast-growing companies like ours that need a scalable IT solution.
