Pros: Basecamp has been able to refine what it means to work on projects. I like that it is so intuitive and the platform feels like you are visiting a very modern and suitable place to start your projects, which is exactly what the program is. It allows for projects to be divided into different categories and create sub-projects in order to be able to manage all the work in a much better way than just working on it without a plan. The dashboard is absolutely amazing and I like how it helps stay on track of all my current assignments and stay focused on what I need to do. Additionally, Basecamp is home for the best communication with the team, it is a software which is incredibly good at managing all the incoming messages from all the members and it centralizes the entire conversation so that it is easy to work on projects with other people.

Cons: There are many things that Basecamp has continuously added to the program to make it better and they continuously improve the functionality of it, but there are some things that they removed in the process that I would love to have again since they worked a lot for me and for the team. One of them is the old monthly calendar, which allowed me to see all the things scheduled properly displayed and this way it allowed me to have a better control of my daily schedule and my day in general. The second thing that I miss is the fact that it used to allow us to store files in the application in a specific place where team members were able to access it in order to complete part of their tasks.

Overall: The experience with Basecamp has been good and incredible, it continues to add features that are innovative and can offer a new way to work on projects, it never stays the same old program without any good news, on the contrary, it strives to create a very modern platform that looks for the improvement of project management. Basecamp has been able to support our projects and it has allowed us to communicate with each other during the process of all of them, which is why I feel like it is such an amazing software. It is a program that has so many professional tools that are necessary nowadays for the success of a project.

Pros: Was super easy to set up. it only took us about 2 hours to get all the settings together and ready to roll.

Cons: There's nothing that I dislike about it. It's easy to use.

Overall: Overall I'd recommend this to just about any company needing a way to automate their sales and CRM processes.
