GreetKeeper is an AI receptionist for small businesses: home services, property managers and local offices. It answers every inbound call, at any hour, and calls that arrive together all get answered, so nobody waits on hold. On each call it answers the questions you train it on, captures the caller's name, number and reason for calling, and reads the details back before it books into your calendar. It writes directly to Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365. When a caller asks for a person, or the AI is unsure, it transfers to your team, and it tries a second number you nominate if the first doesn't answer. It can also text the on-call person with the caller's details. Every call arrives as a transcript and a short summary. A signed webhook sends each call, booking, message and transfer to your own tools. Pricing is per call, not per minute, from $49/month. Booking is on every plan, and overage rates are published. SwiftGuard is an AI receptionist for plumbing and heating businesses. When the plumber is under a sink or out on a callout, SwiftGuard answers the phone in the company's name, tells the caller it is an AI assistant, takes the caller's name, address and problem, and books the job into the connected Google Calendar based on real availability. A business chooses whether SwiftGuard answers every call or only the calls nobody picks up; forwarding is a short code dialled on the existing phone, so the business keeps its number. Callers can also move or cancel an existing appointment or leave a message, and every call lands in the dashboard with a recording, a transcript and the caller's details. Calls it cannot handle are flagged for a callback. The agent speaks English, Dutch, German, French, Italian and Spanish and switches language mid-call. Calls and transcripts are encrypted and deleted after 90 days. Three flat monthly plans include a bundle of call minutes with no per-minute charge.
