    "Complete voice and IVR solution"

    Pros: Dialshree offers extensive solution to voice calls and IVR based campaigns. Can be set up on premises based server. The features include-
    1. Creating IVR campaign with flexible parameters.
    2. Scheduling and Reattempting in case of no answer.
    3. Multi Level IVRs
    4. Live Campaign monitoring
    5. Voice Broadcasting

    Cons: This is very attractive solution to the Voice call based marketing. The one thing which i want to see improved is reporting section. The reporting section is not sufficient to analyze the campaigns, every time i need to export the data to any third party software to analyze.

    Overall: Dialshree can work as full fledged Dialer and as well as IVR machine. My experience with Dialshree is mostly with IVR campaign. For marketing and rebranding we uses it to pitch offers to customer base through IVR. The campaign can be completely customized based on the needs. It's very easy to use, Create a campaign, upload the customer's contact number, select the audio file which will be played on call. Select the time and date. Initiate the campaign.
