Pros: Easy to use software with enterprise level features at a very reasonable price point at all license tiers.

Cons: We are using it for 13 months now and happy all round with the solution.

Pros: Here at Poppa G's Quality Meats we needed a system that allowed us to track our product cost on a weekly basis and work with QuickBooks as well. The Continuum team worked closely with us to setup a system, where even the terms used were renamed to those used in our industry. Custom reporting we needed was setup and they even took suggestions of some additions that would help us, they are now consulting with their team to see if it can be implemented. Their cost is reasonable, their customer service is impeccable, both at start-up and on-going.

Cons: There aren't any cons, it's just a really great program.

Overall: I now have a system that tells me the exact cost of each product produced on a weekly basis. It has helped us pinpoint where to spend our time and money to improve our efficiency.
It has been such a great experience.

Pros: Highly configurable with a solid function set around time entry, project and resource planning, and invoicing. Also includes robust reporting and dashboard creation. Our team was able to double its billable utilization over a 3 month period after going live and implementing its workflow. And our invoice cycle was reduced from 4 to 5 days to a couple of hours.

Cons: Would really like an API made available. I know it’s on the roadmap but we’d really like to take advantage of it.

Overall: Continuum PSA is a great tool that really allows our team to standardize and streamline project delivery. And the support is really incredible. From implementation to post go-live support, their service is very good and they really seem to take recommendations for enhancements to heart.

Pros: It is very easy to use and have all tools I need. We have replaced many controls in paper, several Excel spreadsheets and small systems that did not talk to each other and did not have a single base.

Cons: I didn't see anything wrong with the Continuum. It is really a very nice software.

Overall: I recommend the Continuum software from Crossconcept for being simple, complete, easy to handle and for having an excellent cost benefit.

Pros: Intuitive, easy to use, with ability to manage my full customer life cycle in one tool!! Guided implementation service and post implementation support.

Cons: I do not feel there were any cons working with CrossConcept or the overall tool.

Overall: Excellent flexible customer service. Easy 8 step implementation to get up and running. Reduced my time to output for reports and invoicing.

Pros: CrossConcept Continuum includes several intuitive PSA functionalities that can help improving the performance analysis for the team, such as time entries and expense tracking features, resource management modules, and project management tools aligned to the industry standards. We also use the QuickBooks connectivity for the invoicing phase, as well as the Mobile App.

Cons: No dislikes as of yet. The team uses the solution on a daily basis and so far the performance is very good.

Overall: Out team has been using CrossConcept Continuum for more than 1 year, and everything has been working as expected. We, as a company, recommend it.

Pros: Streamlines business process and provides an excellent audit trail for all project management activities.

Cons: Very broad and deep application. The beauty is that you might not use it's full capabilities today but it has the ability to address your strategic requirements going forward.

Overall: Adds a great deal of value to our project management challenges and we realize some very significant economies.

Pros: Robust features and ease of use for the team! The mobile app is great too and easy for mobile consultants to log hours on the go!

Cons: Nothing to report as of now. We used it for about 18 month now.

Overall: We find is intuitive to use and easy to adopt. Implementation was seamless for use & the team could figure it out fast.
