Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use software with enterprise level features at a very reasonable price point at all license tiers. Here at Poppa G's Quality Meats we needed a system that allowed us to track our product cost on a weekly basis and work with QuickBooks as well. The Continuum team worked closely with us to setup a system, where even the terms used were renamed to those used in our industry. Custom reporting we needed was setup and they even took suggestions of some additions that would help us, they are now consulting with their team to see if it can be implemented. Their cost is reasonable, their customer service is impeccable, both at start-up and on-going. Easy to use software. Customer service is excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We were able to customize to our company's specific needs. Highly configurable with a solid function set around time entry, project and resource planning, and invoicing. Also includes robust reporting and dashboard creation. Our team was able to double its billable utilization over a 3 month period after going live and implementing its workflow. And our invoice cycle was reduced from 4 to 5 days to a couple of hours. It is very easy to use and have all tools I need. We have replaced many controls in paper, several Excel spreadsheets and small systems that did not talk to each other and did not have a single base. Cons We are using it for 13 months now and happy all round with the solution. There aren't any cons, it's just a really great program. So far no cons to be reported. The software is delivering as expected. Would really like an API made available. I know it’s on the roadmap but we’d really like to take advantage of it. I didn't see anything wrong with the Continuum. It is really a very nice software.		Pros from Real Users Pros Robust features for task management: Assignments, task tracking & Gantt charts. Real time workloads help optimize resource allocation. Its project templates ability is very time-saving, you can deploy pre-designed templates for any type of project. Project reporting on this platform is great. The user interface is super simple and smooth. Time and issue tracking perform very well. Project Insight has the budgeting part, which is vital for planning purposes. Also, Project Insight oversees the expenses that companies incur, to ensure only the accurate costs get used. Lastly, Project Insight has a workflow management strategy, suitable for time planning. Project Insight provides a reliable place to manage projects and track every activity. The Gantt charts are customizable and easy to view products. The interface is clean and intuitive. Helps in project planning. Project Insight has improved project, tasks and products visibility via GANTT and charts capabilities available on it. For easy and remote project management no other is versatile than Project Insights. It gives us great power to easily manage work and projects. It offers a robust dashboard, great task visualization, reports, multi-screen manager, Gantt charts, and workflow management. My favorite thing about Project Insight is its usability and frictionless project and task management. It helps to enhance productivity on every task and project and also gives the best visibility on its development. Project Insight is resourceful. The workplace customization works very well, it helps to collaborate and centralize all of the project management processes. The user interface is easy to navigate. Its mobile app is very handy to communicate with the team. It helps to plan and provides robust reports.
