    "We love Crelate"

    Pros: Great CS team that is always ready to help. They really listen to their customers and will step in to make sure you can use the product to what you need.

    Cons: They do miss some features and a little less sexy than a lot of new products. But what those products make up for in UI, they miss on the basic function of an ATS.

    Overall: We have used Crelate for over 5 years now and even looked into switching, but realized after trialing dozens of others, none did what we truly needed. Crelate is our fav for sure.

    Pros: Very user friendly - implementation was seamless and Crelate's customer support is amazing. I highly recommend this ATS.

    Cons: As with most ATS systems, sometimes reporting is a challenge. However the Crelate Reporting feature is very good - it just isn't as easily figured out.

    Overall: Excellent - the implementation went well - Crelate is a cost effective product and the support of the product is outstanding.

    Pros: Crelate has been an outstanding partner for our organization. From implementation through ongoing support, their team consistently responds to our needs quickly and efficiently. The software is intuitive and easy to use, enabling our team to double our recruiting and onboarding volume without adding additional staff. This level of growth simply wouldn’t have been possible without Crelate.

    Cons: The only drawback we’ve encountered with Crelate is that its databases are segmented, meaning you can only generate reports from one table at a time (Contacts, Placements, Opportunities). However, our organization was able to overcome this limitation by integrating Power BI, making it a non-issue for us.

    Overall: Overall, our experience with Crelate has been extremely positive. The system is user-friendly, offers a wide range of features and integration options, is competitively priced, and backed by a responsive support team. I would confidently recommend Crelate to any organization seeking an efficient recruiting solution.

    "ATS that fits all company sizes without breaking the bank! "

    Pros: I've used Crelate now with 3 of my start-ups. I was on the implementation and buying team for one of these. I've been recruiting for 15 years and have used so many ATS systems, but Crelate has been by far the most user-friendly. Easy to use, explore, and customize. The reporting is clutch, and if/when I need help, the customer support team is quick to help and build the reports I'm looking for.

    Cons: Our ONLY struggle was the texting feature. They need more support here, but as I understand, they are at the mercy of the carriers for most of the issues we experienced. The communication could have been more consistent. I had to follow up with the dev team weekly and often did not get a response until my email got a bit spicy.

    Overall: I put 10 for recommending this product because I have recommended this to many of my fellow founders. The tool is a great resource for Business Development and Recruiting. The ability to collaborate between the two teams is something, frankly, most recruiting agencies do a poor job of. The ability to communicate with your team, set tasks, view jobs, find profiles, smart sourcing, and so much more. I've used systems like Salesforce, Bullhorn, Workday, and Greenhouse, this system is so much better than all of them.

    Pros: Crelate gives a lot of information on how to do things, as well as provides free webinars and breaks down the different features.

    Cons: Crelate’s customer service and lack of support team has been the biggest frustration thus far.

    Overall: It’s been decent, aside from lack of responsiveness and resolution from customer service. Would love to have more customization features.

    "Robust System"

    Pros: Best CRM that I have used to date. Once you realize this is a trie database-driven system, it is very powerful.

    Cons: The learning curve coming from a competitor was steep but well worth it.

    Overall: Ive been very impressed! Easy to use, robust system and the integration with Chrome extensions is fantastic
