Pros: Easy to install and I love their extension to scan mails and check for active subscriptions. Once it finds them, you are able to automatically put them inside the management table where you just assign an owner. Super easy and great way to add subscriptions!

Cons: Not for enterprises, but for small and medium businesses its perfect

Overall: Quite happy and satisfied with it, helps us to manage and see how much money we wasted on subscriptions.

Pros: CostLoop provides a clear overview of all recurring subscriptions in one place, helping users avoid forgotten renewals, reduce unnecessary expenses, and stay informed with timely alerts before charges occur.

Cons: The platform depends on users keeping their subscription information up to date, and some advanced budgeting or financial analysis features available in larger finance tools may not be included.

Overall: I thought I had a pretty good handle on our software costs until I started using CostLoop. Within a week, I found three subscriptions we hadn't used in months. It paid for itself almost immediately.

We are a company of 78 employees and it was quite hard for us to track the licenses but now we saw how much we were spending on things we don't actually need. We are quite satisfied and we saved quite a lot of money on licenses we don't need. Also the approval of the new ones is one of the best features they have.
