    Pros: The software is very easy to use. Contracts are accessible everywhere I go, documents can easily be shared. ContractZen in safe to use.

    Cons: Hopefully the standard pricing won’t get any higher.

    Overall: Nowadays it is affordable for small business owners and it is very easy-to-use. I can highly recommend!

    "Perferct Contract management software for SMB"

    Pros: Easy to use, rapid installation, data model and support for e-signing. The roll out was straight forward: the user interface was easy to understand and did not require long sessions on usage. The biggest benefits for us are the alerts on contracts requiring review or activity and the speed of e-signing once agreement has been reached.

    Cons: I am looking for the iOS client. But not a huge problem, I tend to use ContractZen from mobile browser instead.

    Overall: ContractZen is a great SME/team contract management SaaS tool with no upfront installation and a very very fast ROI. The system supports typical alerts, comes with a reasonable data model and is easy to teach to the team. The eSigning support is very helpful for those, who work in a field, where you originate a lot of contracts: sales, legal etc.

    Pros: For a small company owner like me, the managing the documentation of contracts, Board meetings and Shareholder meetings had been an overwhelming task before ContractZen. The easy to use user interface keeps my documentation up to date and safe. The thing I like the most is the sharing, commenting and signing of the important documents from one platform.

    Cons: There really are no Cons from my point of view. Works like a charm for my needs.

    Overall: Very intuitive, user friendly and easy to use service. Ready to use from the registration and no user training needed.
