Pros: Best for sales and support team. Easy-to-approach leads using its leads management functionality. The user interface is very appealing in my usage. Omnichannel homepage for Email, ChatBot and other social media platforms. Timeline tracking for open support tickets.
Cons: Support number forwarding to specific departments is not possible.
Overall: I loved that CommBox comes with a multi-beneficial feature that helps to give customer support and to approach leads. It is based on omnichannel support. Overall, I suggest this if you need something reliable and robust for your help desk need.

Pros: Smart agent routing, and wonderful AI chatbot. I like the fact that you can connect any communication channel you like from the modules store it's very easy and friendly to use.
Cons: Only for really large businesses. It seems like it doesn't really fit small businesses.
Overall: It's been a pleasure working with CommBox. The software is a real important one in our organization. Many features and advanced automation modules that help you scale.
