Chezlist is a waitlist and reservations CMS for restaurants. Guests scan a QR code at the host stand — or tap a link — to join the waitlist from their phone with no app to download, and get an SMS when their table is ready. Staff run the queue from any phone or tablet: add walk-ins, track quoted vs. actual wait times, and seat parties in order. Owners use a web dashboard to provision locations, issue staff passkeys, and brand the guest-facing waitlist page with their own logo.
Two tiers: Core is free and covers the core waitlist; Pro adds SMS notifications and lets a restaurant serve its waitlist page from its own subdomain. It targets independent restaurants and small multi-location groups that want an OpenTable-style guest experience without per-cover reservation fees or high monthly fees.
