    Pros: It really help to integrate multiple system in a single in box like facebook, instagram, whatapp. It also has a feature to create ticket, where if a user has a issue which can't be solved immediately . A ticket is created, which help to track the user issue

    Cons: The AI feature some time provide repetitive answer which feel more robotic or inhuman

    Pros: Chatboq can be implemented on multi-channels like; Facebook messenger, Instagram and websites.
    Can generate tickets using its chatbot.
    The user interface is appealing and incredibly easy to use in my opinion.

    Cons: According to me i have never faced any major issues while using the chatboq tool

    Pros: In this application the AI agent is very nice and it helped me cut my sales team into half. The application also includes features like integration which helps me do all the texting in a single inbox which is very good for handling more clients

    Cons: The UI/UX could be more better in terms of plugin integration while integrating a third part application .

    Overall: Overall the experience was very nice, the AI agent feature was too good to be true and its helped me grow my business drastically.

    Pros: Our website traffic continued to grow and we therefore required an improved means of handling customer questions. Chatboq increased the scaling of our support process without recruiting new employees.

    Cons: Filtering conversations is good, although more filtering options should be added to allow the teams to deal with high number of chats in a given time.

    Overall: Our customers are doing a lot of chatting as opposed to emailing. Chatboq also simplifies the process of posing simple question without necessarily leaving the site.

    Pros: The platform is functional and has proved quite stable since we began using it. The chatboq loads fast and the conversations are immediately displayed in the agent dashboard where the agent can response right away.

    Cons: New chat mobile notifications tend to be useful though at times they seem to be inconsistent according to the device but I'm sure the Chatboq is already working on it.

    Pros: Since we have installed Chatboq on our site, we have realized that our visitors feel free to ask questions using the live chat feature. The website is more interactive with the real-time communication and automated greeting messages.

    Cons: In some cases it is a little bit confusing to administer notification settings. Agreements on how alerts and notifications are received should be more in control of the teams.

    Pros: Chatboq has it own AI agent which is available 24/7. It is very easy to use as well as simple for integration. It can be integrated with multiple apps and CRM tools which helps in visualizing the data, productive for future analysis.

    Cons: There are some lacking important security features which may be very crucial in the future. Hope they are working on it and will add security measure soon.
