About CareCircle
CareCircle is daycare management software built with childcare operators to simplify enrollment and billing. Set up programs, sessions, capacity rules, and waitlists for each location, and let parents enroll online. Billing supports deposits, installments, autopay, invoices, refunds, and disputes, with payments going directly to the daycare’s own Stripe account. Families use a branded parent portal to manage children, contacts, enrollments, and payment methods. Operators can manage unlimited locations, programs, and staff, with permissions, audit trails, and email notifications. CareCircle also connects Claude or ChatGPT to help set up programs, look up families, and check availability. A free plan covers up to 20 children; above that, pricing is $2 per child per month. There are no setup fees or contracts.
