About CallBack HVAC

CallBack HVAC helps HVAC businesses follow up after supported missed calls. On a configured call path, an unanswered caller can press 1 to request one service text from an approved provider number. The owner reviews replies, calls customers back, and records lead outcomes. Delivery timing and booked work are not guaranteed; this is not a staffed answering service.

The software is $149/month after a 14-day no-card trial starting after email confirmation. The clock runs during setup and carrier review. Customer use requires an approved texting number, registration, compatible routing, caller consent, and a successful call-and-text test. Provider number, registration, voice, messaging, and carrier fees are separate, even during the trial.

Twilio is standard. Confirm Telnyx or Plivo availability before choosing either. The dashboard supports one reply per incoming customer message and CSV export; it does not include CRM sync or dispatch. AI CSR is a separately reviewed pilot.

    "Product review"

    Posted 2026-06-11

Pros: I tested the CallBack HVAC workflow as a beta tester. The missed-call text-back idea was easy to understand, and I can see how it would help an HVAC business follow up faster when calls are missed. The setup and dashboard were clear from what I reviewed.

Cons: I did not identify any significant drawbacks during testing. However, because I reviewed the workflow as a beta tester, I was not able to evaluate long-term performance, customer response rates, or how the system handles unusual situations. Additional real-world usage data would help demonstrate its overall effectiveness.

Overall: Overall, I found the CallBack HVAC workflow to be easy to use and well-designed. The missed-call text-back feature provides a simple solution to help HVAC businesses follow up with customers more efficiently. Based on my testing experience, it appears to be a valuable tool with strong potential for real-world use.
