    "Best Contact Center Solution"

    Pros: This is the best software I have ever used in my call center job. It makes our job easy. It is incredibly easy to use and reliable. It has outstanding uptime and their customer support service is amazing.

    Cons: Its licensing can be a bit tricky to figure out. Also, I would like to have more options on the CXInfinity roles and able to personalize more who gets access on which feature.

    Overall: Overall we are satisfied with the services. Its implementation process is very easy. It is a robust product with lots of features. It is an all-in-one contact center solution.
