"Company doesn't appreciate loyalty" Posted 2026-06-29
Pros: The customer support is great. I purchased this program in 1992 and they've come a long way. At first, it might take a couple of days to hear back from them but the last several years, I've received quick responses to my cries for help!
Cons: Maintenance prices have skyrocketed. I can't afford them anymore. They don't care about small companies (or individuals like me). They are looking for the big bucks that only municipalities can afford. If you are a small rural water system, this company is not for you.
Overall: I've been with this company since 1992 before they were Windows based. Support has always been superb but something changed the last few years. I'm not sure if there's a new CEO or what but they don't care about the "little" people anymore. I am a "one horse" operation with less than 2000 customers and I simply can't afford their yearly maintenance fees anymore. They weren't willing to work with me at all as per orders from the powers that be. After 30+ years, you'd think I would be considered a valuable customer but I'm not big enough or rich enough for them any longer. I own the program so am still using it, just praying I don't have any technical issues. Buyers beware if you are a small company.
