Pros: Onboarding my new franchisees turned out to be easy and smooth after availing of BrandWide’s franchise software. It automated the process of onboarding, making my job completely hassle-free.

Cons: Onboarding new franchisees, however, took a little more time than I expected.

Overall: As a whole, the franchise software helped me to streamline various operations of onboarding that include project management, franchise training, making task checklists, and planning field visits. I was able to do it all from one central location.

Pros: When I shifted from the previous software, BrandWide assisted our sales and management operations by providing one platform, accommodating different tools.

Cons: I had to create training materials for my franchisees to avoid payments to BrandWide team.

Overall: As a whole the software gives me the chance to get a 360-degree view of the franchise operations. The best part of BrandWide is that, it helped me to standardize processes across my franchise.

Pros: With franchise and job management in one box, I can do both in one system. I am able to manage my franchisees and the franchisees can manage their jobs, sales, marketing in one system.

Cons: Initially, the price started out a bit high but as I added more and more units, the price came down.

Overall: The software eliminates a lot of data entry. Documentation within my franchise is more transparent now. I personally like the way it helps me to track performances across units.

Pros: Unlike other systems I reviewed, BrandWide provides an all in one franchise management system, saving both cost and time. Another thing I like is they work with me if I need a new function added for my franchise.

Cons: Set up, customization took longer than I would have liked.

Overall: BrandWide is worth my investment. It enabled me to communicate with my different franchises across the globe, in many levels.

Pros: The software came up with flexible training. I liked the option of customisation. It is helping me to build knowledge profound services. Employees are engaging because of the flexibility. They can anytime read the study materials and learn more of the equipment. Initially, we faced a lot of trouble with training the employees to use technological apparatus. Now, each of them can advocate themselves. We are also getting positive customer reviews.

Cons: Till now, I haven't found any. It almost works smoothly.

Overall: My overall experience is overwhelming. Previously I used to look for fragmented CRM. Never knew that a software can not only provide CRM, but a complete set of tools for Franchise Businesses. The business functioning is now much more faster than before.

Pros: It helps in getting live reports along with complete visibility.

The framework of BrandWide is very good and we can also get the customized things on franchise management software. Excellent service provided by the support team in helping out the product into exactly what we need.

Cons: Franchise Management software provided by BrandWide is great. We haven't experienced any down side in it.
