Birdeye

Pros: So many functions to give you all the information you need at your finger tips. This captures great feedback from your clients! Information like ages, gender, states, countries and more. It gives your clients an option to give you direct feedback first before reviewing on Google or other sites if they're not happy with something. That way you can reach out to them and address anything they may need. Such a great tool! Support is great, anytime I need help I get an answer or feed back within 24 hours.

Cons: Once in a while there's a glitch with survey emails and they wont come through, but 99% of the time I get everything :)

Overall: Overall this is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to give clients easier access to leave reviews and give you their feedback!

Pros: Our office has gotten more reviews after 1 week with Birdeye than we have in the last few months. We’re excited to keep using them!

Cons: The texts with our logo looks a little off. It’s somewhat grainy, but overall great!

Overall: Highly recommend for all their services! We are adding the chat feature on for our website and various other services of theirs. Plus their customer support is so fast!

Pros: Birdeye helps us keep in touch with our patients via text, which we LOVE, as well as follow ups after appts. Their support is very quick too. :)

Cons: Not sure. A cool feature with the texting would be to be able to set an away message, so patients aren't texting you over the weekend and wondering where we are. We don't work 24/7! :)

Overall: Birdeye is great for businesses.

Pros: Support team is super responsive when there are issues. Our account rep is amazing. The product itself does what it's supposed to.

Cons: When we have issues the support team is more interested in closing the ticket than solving the problem. I am betting that their compensation is based on that. They always fix the problem and they are very nice but you can tell they are pressured to close tickets.

Overall: Good. I would recommend the BirdEye solution to any small business owner. Take the time to set it up right and you will have a great platform that will help grow your business

Pros: Platform is Super user friendly! Help is always just a click away! Everyone is extremely nice and polite!

Cons: It’s hard to find any cons, the only thing I can think of is that the tags in the uploads are tricky to figure out.

Overall: Overall I love Birdeye and it has made my work life much better! I am very satisfied with the reports and survey abilities. This platform does everything I need it to do on a customer experience level.

Pros: I love that Birdeye is so fast and easy to use. It's a fantastic way for our customer to say how amazing our property looks and how friendly our staff is. It helps us bring so many more customers our way.

Cons: I have noting negative to say No issues that hasn't been fixed.

Overall: Service is quick and easy takes 2 seconds to send. When we have an issue it is quickly resolved. Helps us get many reviews to bring new customer in.

Pros: Birdeye is very easy to use and they are also so helpful and nice! Always willing to help me as well as teach me how to use certain things!

Cons: There is not a single thing I do not like about Birdeye. I love it. I have no issues at all!

Overall: Amazing experience! I would definitely recommend Birdeye to other businesses! Plus, it's very easy to obtain more reviews and get very specific on how you want to do so! Thank you!

Pros: They were good before the pandemic. Now they show poor ethics and profiteering behavior. Not cool, BirdEye.

Cons: The 104% price increase they offered me when I attempted to return to them after the pandemic started to ease, and we began working on business recovery.

Overall: I think this shows a systemic shift from small-business-centric values to ruthless profiteering and a total lack of moral compass on the part of leadership.

Way to attempt to profit from the country's collective misery, BirdEye. Nice work.

Pros: Google reviews galore, listings and amazing mobile app, they got it all, not much else to say other than once you are a BirdEye user you never want to give it up. The best reputation software hands down.

Cons: I have not found anything that is a con at this point.

Overall: Compared to the other platforms, they have the most robust platform, they offer the best value proposition and you get the best results.

Pros: BirdEye is great tool designed to get customer review and increase engagement. BirdEye helps us organize all the review from our customer on different platforms. It helps us increase the customer engagement through multiple point of touch with the customers.

Cons: BirdEye is excellent tool to organize and increase customer review across multiple sites.

Overall: BirdEye is a great tool to to increase customer review for your Brand presence across many sites. It helps us in tracking all the review request and progress on them from a single dashboard, You can easily reply too all the review on your brand though a single dashboard. It helps me getting new reviews through automatically asking the new customers for feedback after the service. The templates asking for review from new customers are very flexible and configurable. You can select top preferred channel of review, for us it is Google Review and FaceBook Review. Overall its a great tool to increase your presence on review column, which helps you rank on top on business listing too.

Pros: It helps an enterprise to gather reviews from clients. It's the best tool to see your business from a customer point of view. For a review, you can directly send the client using its SMS and email.

Cons: As far in my experience, I didn't have any issue using its features.

Overall: BirdEye helped me to see customer views on my business. Before I have dependent on surveys and forms to gather information form clients but now BirdEye makes everything simple and easy. It also lets you share reviews on other platforms.

Pros: Does a great job helping gather lots of reviews and places them online for people to find via search engine.

Cons: They have reviews go on a BirdEye hosted page, not Google or Facebook which you lose if you cancel your subscription.

Overall: Overall a great program that helps you get lots of good reviews especially via text message. That's the best part.

Pros: We have been using BirdEye for more than 2 years and have tremendous growth in our business. We recently starting using their Webchat and the results are phenomenal. Already referred them to my fellow business owners. Keep it up!!

Cons: I can't think of anything at this point. The product has worked really well.
