    Pros: Everything! It looks great when sending the review request or referral request to your clients with your logo and a personalized touch, if you want to get more referrals and reviews this is the platform to use!

    Cons: Nothing really, everything has been extremely easy to use and they've been great to work with. they are very thorough!

    Overall: Birdeye makes it easy to get set up and start using your review and referral site. They walk you through everything step by step.

    Pros: I like how friendly the platform is, that the users get email notifications and how simple is to assign calls to any agent.

    Cons: That it is a website and there is no way to work with it if the wifi goes down.

    Overall: Overall is that it is easy to work with, and internal communication is also easy because we can leave internal notes that will only be read by our team.

    Pros: Easy way to see the average for all your social Media Reviews.
    Clear understanding about organic vs requested reviews.
    Clear and fast communication with your clients.
    Great widgets you can use in your website.

    Cons: You need to pay extra per each extra module they have.
    There is no way to block specific phone numbers.
    There is no way to auto-reply to specific phone numbers.

    Overall: Birdeye is a great software to implement in all firms, We love to know where we are and where our Reviews, referrals, calls, etc. are coming from.

    Pros: Very full-featured service, excellent tech staff, very effective at getting new reviews. Also, great way to capture the rare bad reviews and get a chance to make it right for the customer.

    Cons: Sometimes it takes an escalation to get a problem fixed.

    Overall: Birdeye has allowed us to stay in better contact with our customers, remedy any problems, and capture great 5* reviews that make us look fantastic on Google and Facebook.

    Pros: I love that our patients have a platform where they can give open an honest feedback from their visits.

    I also like that if a patient has a poor experience, we do not have to send them a review.

    Cons: I haven't come across a negative feature at this point.

    Overall: This site has helped us promote our business with positive feedback. It has also been easy to use. I like that I can log in and check on all of my offices and reward potential employees based on reviews given by office location.

    Pros: I love how easy it is to provide my clients and customers with an opportunity to share their experiences, get answers quickly and conveniently, and refer my business to their friends and family members. I also love the ability to post on all of our social media accounts at once. Quick, stress free, and so helpful.

    Cons: I don't think there is a con! This is a great business and I am glad that I'm using it.

    Pros: Birdeye is fantastic for being able to connect with your clients and gain the most important marketing ever... Google reviews. We have been using Birdeye for over a year, and have an automation set to send our patients a google review request as soon as their appointment has been concluded. Since implementing this, we have been getting many 5 star reviews which is the driving force behind sales.

    Cons: Birdeye is expensive if you are a new business, or small business, however the cost is well worth the service.

    Overall: Birdeye nails it everytime. They have fantastic service, are proactive in reporting errors that are found (this morning, I received a call from them to notify me that an automation shut down due to a server update from the EHR we use, and they walked me through fixing the issue), and they have stellar service. When you have questions they are amazing about responding quickly and helping resolve any concerns. I would highly recommend.

    Pros: Everything about Birdeye is convenient and it saves me so much time! I can answer all our reviews from one space. Amazing.

    Cons: I do not have any cons to list. Occasionally you have to refresh the monitoring but it's rare that it isn't updated.

    Overall: It makes my job easier so I love it so much! Plus everyone there is SO nice if you have an issue. You cannot get any easier than one place to respond to all your reviews! It's brilliant.

    Pros: Responsive, great communication, persistent in helping and continuing contact until the issue was resolved.

    Cons: None. The issue was resolved and there were no cons.

    Overall: We were having issues receiving messages through Birdeye that were coming through Facebook Messenger for several locations. The help desk talked me through how to properly turn on messenger in Facebook and then integrate messenger to Birdeye so the messages would come through. They were very helpful and persistent to continue helping until the problem was resolved.
