Availability runs off slots you set up, so no double-booking. Rooms, courts, desks and classes share one live diary, with repeats, layouts and add-ons that carry through to the bill.

Optional invoicing, with Stripe payments into your own account, plus part payments, refunds and credit notes.

Customers book through a portal in your colours, on your own address or embedded in your website. Sign-in is passwordless.

Also included: client records, approvals, SMS, a document vault and role-based staff access.

Designed and tested to WCAG 2.2 Level AA for keyboard and screen reader use. Our accessibility statement is on our website.

    Pros: We've just started using this software for the documents and bookings. Its very good and its the price we are so pleased about which is why we signed up.

    Cons: Not much. They make changes when you ask too. Maybe could be a better way to ask setup more questions we want to ask people when they book. Its being sorted out.

    Overall: It's modern and works on my phone with talkback. I would say use this tool if you get the chance for the price if nothing else.
