About Kourtiva
Kourtiva is an operations platform for multi-court sports venues - padel, tennis, football 5s and multi-sport complexes running 4 to 30+ courts. It replaces paper diaries, WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets and standalone card readers with one system covering courts, staff, players and payments.
Venues get real-time availability across every court and sport, per-court schedules with configurable slot lengths, and booking invitations so one player can bring a group. Every booking carries a QR code staff scan at the door from the mobile app or a web reception desk. Owner, manager, front desk and coach roles give each person scoped permissions, their own login and access only to assigned venues. Payments, per-booking invoices and voucher codes are handled in-platform.
A versioned REST API exposes bookings, courts, members, invoices, payments and tournaments through revocable, scope-limited tokens. Free player apps for iOS and Android.
