Pros: Intuitive UI, and reliable service for monitoring uptime, responsiveness, and it is very flexible (look for text on page, html element, etc)

Cons: The pricing for monitoring at a high frequency gets a little pricey, so we typically use 3/5 minute scans instead of per minute.

Overall: We have been using AlertBot for years, I have nothing but good things to say about the solution they offer for monitoring.

Pros: Loved the service we got from this company. Took care of all issues within one hour, when the website was down. Very easy to get a hold of and very professional.

Cons: There were no cons. Great service all the time when they are needed.

Overall: I loved the experience with AlertBot. I can not be happier with their service and professionalism. Truly great.

Pros: Helps me keep on top of how my web store is performing, which allows me to ensure new and current customers can find my website.

Cons: No real complaints at this time. I use it mostly for just making sure my site stays functional, but I know it has other features as well.

Overall: AlertBot has been essential and beneficial for my online store and business. Without a web store that's performing properly, I'll lose all kinds of sales and chances to gain new customers. I'm so glad there's a service like this!

Pros: Keeps me alerted of my sites performance 24/7 and never lets me down if there is a problem and customers can't get to my site. It tests my pages from over a dozen locations throughout the US tot keep me consistent testing and no false alerts.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind, does the required needs for my organization.

Overall: Overall our team loves this monitoring solution and we really like the detailed emailed reports that our team receive on a monthly/weekly basis with the necessary stats to share with our team.

Pros: It tests my sites for performance and lets me know within a minute if there is an issue or my sites are down so my team can address it right away.

Cons: Nothing bad I can say about it, does the job needed but maybe some newer reports would be nice down the road.

Overall: It's a great monitoring tool and my team really likes it and the ability to get alerted in a timely manner and being able to set up do not disturb schedules so I don't get notified during hours I'm off duty.

Pros: Great help and support from their team! We've been a customer for several years now, and they've been such a godsend.

Cons: None really to mention at this point. We're pretty happy with them.

Overall: I'd like to thank the sales team for their continued help and support. It's hard to believe we've been a customer since 2017.

I do not have any hesitation to recommend AlertBot for any monitoring and alerting services.

Pros: It's always fast to alert me of outages on our site and we can have it back up for our customers fast.

Cons: I want to me able to select my own locations to test from.

Overall: It's a great product and allows me to relax and not worry about my site being down since it will send me notifications with seconds.

Pros: The AlertBot Email Reports I receive every three days let me know if my website has had any issues relating to my website pages loading slowly. I also receive alert emails from AlertBot when my website is down and when it recovers. In both cases, once I know there are website issues, I can contact my website administrator and inform them of the issue. I also really like customer service-they have been very helpful and easy to understand when I have contacted them.

Cons: There is really nothing I don't like. AlertBot does a great job of keeping me informed regarding my website performance.

Overall: I've been an AlertBot subscriber for almost two years and I've been very satisfied with their service. Between the twice weekly emails evaluating my website's performance and the alert emails that are sent when my website pages aren't loading at all, I feel like AlertBot has my back. Before AlertBot, I had no idea if my website had page loading issues, and perhaps I even lost potential clients as a result. With AlertBot, I am kept informed of any website issues, and then I can immediately inform my website administrator of the problem. AlertBot has always given me peace of mind.

Pros: WordPress can be wonky sometimes, especially with their frequent updates and changes with plugins, so a service like AlertBot is really crucial in making sure my blog site stays up and running smoothly.

Cons: Not much. Maybe the design is a bit dated. That's minor, though, and doesn't affect the product's performance.

Overall: It's a great solution for someone like me who needs it to monitor my WordPress site. And they make it easy enough to setup and use that you don't have to be an IT whiz to maintain it.

Pros: Consistently keeps me aware of the ups and downs of my website performance. It's saved me several times over the years.

Cons: The pricing can be a little steep. A free option would be nice, but I understand that's not the most cost effective for every company.

Overall: Reliable, easy to setup and use, helpful, and they have a great support staff. There is a lot of website monitoring out there and this one is one of the best for sure.

Pros: Easily adjustable alerting system to help me keep up with any performance issues. I like how I can change how often and by what means I can receive alerts. Their support is super helpful, and their team is always eager to assist.

Cons: There aren't many, but if I had to choose something, I guess it would be that the design is a bit dated. That doesn't affect its functionality, though. However, they've announced a new redesign is coming this year, so that's a plus.

Overall: I have been using AlertBot since they started and I've relied on them to catch site errors so many times. I've had issues over the years where my music site was hacked, and I'd get an AlertBot alert almost right away which helped me be able to quickly restore a backup to save the site. Since then, it's helped me pinpoint slowness issues and other performance-based hiccups involving my webhost's VPS. All in all, AlertBot has been essential for helping to keep my websites up and running smoothly.

Pros: Reliable third-party site pings to prove uptime, sends SMS alert messages and email alert messages.

Cons: No cons, does what we need it to do. Sends SMS alerts and email alerts.

Overall: Has alerted us to downtimes when other checks have failed. Worth a few bucks for a 24/7/365 dot-com.
