    "AIFM is the best all round system"

    Pros: Ease of use, comprehensive features, real time - multi user, Sherpa assistance, good R&D and good customer service.

    Cons: The logo and theme could use some touch ups, not catchy.

    Overall: Using AIFM has been an amazing experience and eye opener. Never before we could achieve such efficiency and accuracy.

    Pros: AI Field Management makes it quite easy to manage my contractors and The Sherpa function is a big help when trying to figure out which of my workers should be sent out on which job.

    Cons: There is a steady stream of updates to fix most problems. This being said, some specific new features are not added as fast as I would like.

    Overall: I was originally using a collection of word and excel documents to keep track of my contractors. With AI Field Management I've thankfully put this behind me and have a single cohesive system to help me with my day-to-day.

    Pros: I really like the Sherpa feature! It makes choosing the best person for the job far easier. Also, the use of a worker app for my employees has made tracking much simpler.

    Cons: I feared that the company would try to sell me something I didn’t need, but frankly I find that their team (Jim specifically) was very communicative and maintained the same goal as me: to help my business move smoothly.

    Overall: Overall, I would recommend this service. I enjoy being able to see my business details from the admin panel, as well as the fair prices Jim offers.

    Pros: The software is fast, reliable and secure, which is exactly what you want in this type of product. Particularly like the translation and GPS features and how the GPS works in real time without killing your device.

    Cons: Would be good to have domestic customer service available in China.

    Overall: Our overall experience with the product has been positive. Feedback from our staff is that they are satisfied with no complaints.
