Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Workzone increases the transparency of projects and it's updated. Its streamlined project management saves me lots of time to navigate and track the projects. The best thing about Workzone is its chart visualization for projects and tasks. Workzone is a very balanced project manager. - It gives customizable reports. - Best platform for project collaboration. Easy to use. - Integrated file management ability. - Gantt charts with deep down reports on projects and their progress. - Gives a stress-free experience to view and manage every project. Cons The drag and drop were easy but needs more manual customization in adding projects. The task organizer doesn't perform as my expectation.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Capacity to enter time spent rather than begining and ending hours. Time-track of all Customers, Projects and Tasks on the same page. Defining Customer, Projects and Tasks is easy to do and to update. Very good tool for timesheets and planning. Very good on PC or smartphone. I searched everywhere for a good timecard application for my small firm. For 3 users or less, guess what? It's free! Everything I need and with presentable reports for clients. What's not to like. The software is very flexible and easy to set up for different projects and configurations. I can add and remove users as required and the reports can be in any format you require - very flexible. Works great for our team exactly what we needed, various reports can me made when you need them, key info can be entered such as wage rates etc. works perfectly for us Cons Cannot enter the same time for same activity over several days or period (or I didn't identify how to do so). It made me dislike the few competitors I have tried. Nothing. The built in invoicing format doesn't work for me. But, I never really expected it to. Nothing really - its suits my purpose as it is. If I were to ask for any improvements it would be to add another level of project detail. Nothing! Worked exactly how we needed it to and provided much more than others
