Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - very fast and very kind support - good solution to organize your business rooms - good tradeoff of free subscription and paid one in regard of provided features We've moved our coworking space to Whatspot and it works like a charm. It's really easy to use. Communication and support of the Whatspot team is great. The option to get QR-codes for the spots is also a really nice feature. Most of all, I appreciate the ease of use of the app. Everybody can learn how to use it. The support is great and works superbly. Whatspot has a number of interesting features, the ones that appeal to me the most are the approval process, public bookings and recurring events. We got extended time to test the system out because we needed to ensure it worked perfectly for our needs. The communication was very supportive. After using Whatspot for a short time we realized it is straightforward to teach new colleagues how to use it. They appreciate a clean User Interface with pleasant graphic design. As an admin, I welcome the quick implementation of this system into the corporate environment. Intuitive app to set up. It is easy to implement in the company. Great notification system. Adding reservations is simple and quick. You can view sources publicly. Cons - user roles (admin/user) of the organisation seemed to have changed after changing the subscription, was a bit confusing There are some minor bugs when using it in mobile. But probably it will be solved soon. Also it would be nice for our coworking to be able to book a spot for the whole day (the available hours of the spot) by clicking a box instead of manually choose begin and endtime. I think everything works well and I haven't found anything here that is bad. Just a minor inconvenience for our company is missing integration with Google Calendar, nevertheless, I was assured they are working on it and would like to launch it this fall. So far I have not noticed anything serious! It does what it was designed for. If there is an issue the support is able to help.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It provides many useful metrics tracking features in addition to real-time insights. Management of space has improved markedly. The parking space is already reserved for me, and I know its location, which relieves me of the stress of finding a parking spot. In addition, we only have to scan a code to enter or exit the facility. This makes it more convenient and safer for everyone. I like that it's robust, it has the features I need, and it's affordable. user friendly and easy navigation. Digi pass has been the easiest and most convenient feature to use. The interactive floor plan is an interesting feature. It shows the floor plans for each floor. Finding spaces has become easier. Cons If I had to give WorkInSync a con, I'd say that the app freezes quite frequently. It's perfect, nothing needs to be said! Highly recommended. My complaints are zero, and none of the other users have complained either. The floor plan takes some time to load. There is no desktop version available. Wayfinding feature can be made better. Other amenities can be shown on floor
