I also love the flexibility - it allows users to customize information at every stage and ensures information is always accurate. Love it. Customer Service team is incredible. Very quick in response and always provided thorough information. Seamless candidate pipeline management. The tool is very easy to use, and I love how I can loop in colleagues that are involved in the interview process. I like "Workable" because it is user= friendly. It gives just enough information that you need to decide step 1: Does the person meet the qualifications for the position?? Next, I appreciated seeing a cover letter and a CV.
