Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros User friendly software; the icons are tiny and not labeled but the labels pop up when mouse pointer is moved over the icon; good options to export to other formats; I like the OCR recognition feature which works fine; software works as expected; no bugs; good pricing. I think there are three pros to this tool. 1. This is the first real free PDF editor I've ever used. It is 100% free to edit text and images in PDF documents. 2. The interface is very beautiful and eye-catching which is quite different from other PDF tools. 3. The performance is good. Cons Very tiny icons which are not labeled; cannot cut-and-paste selected areas of a page; no phone customer support; had to send 5 emails before they responded; promised me one year use of UPDF AI but I never got to use it since they only gave me 2 weeks with a warning that they would automatically charge my credit card; scary customer support since they have no phone number of address in the U.S. Only in China. It is rather new in the market. At first, I don't trust it as I have never heard of it. But once I tried it, I begin to love it.
