Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros So I hate to have to leave this review but for someone who has been doing business with them for a few years now and apparently has 2 separate accounts, I’m very very disappointed. So I was trying to retrieve some old reports and it would let me log in. So I called in being that I have not used the service and asked for my previous report journals with them for a certain time period. This agent told me that I would have to pay for a service that I do not long use just for some records that my company already paid for while using the service? I was furious. What do you mean pay for something I do not need just to retrieve a report you can simply email? He got upset and hung up said I wasn’t listening ah duh no sir it makes no sense? All because I didn’t deactivate users? You clearly see we aren’t using your service? No worries I’m a business I said I’ll just pay and get it over with he doesn’t understand? Then it find out I have multiple accounts for whatever reason?? Now I have to pay just for the reports? Haven’t used it in almost 2 years? Thanks but no thanks he could have sent over the reports we needed for time that already paid??? As a business should have not been no arguments. Non sense that you would want someone to pay for something they’re not using. Then to TOP it off he responds this morning to me telling him I will take further actions to refunding my money I just paid after he stated it was the only way and required to now saying I can’t get access or nothing refunded a card payment and stated I needed to do a wire transfer????? Like are you that crazy ???? Sadly to say he is? DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS THEY WERE AFFORDABLE BUT THIS IS ABOUT IT EVERYTHING ELSE IS HORRIBLE INCLUDING THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. Timesheets.com is super useful in time tracking and expenses management. My organization using this solution, it's very handy in payroll and work speed tracking of employees. The data it shows is accurate. Love that I can call with a question and it is answered quickly. I always appreciate speaking with Abraham because he always takes the time to explain to me in more detail how the error was made. I learn something new from him each time I call. He is always personable and professional and I never feel rushed. Very impressed from the beginning with their customer service. It is a precise and reliable time and expense tracking software for employers. Its dashboard has provides great insights and reports. It was very easy to register any bill and the digital receipt on its expenses calculator. TIMESHEETS helps to enhance productivity in employees. It gives vital information to an admin to track employees and check what the employee is doing in realtime. My favorite thing about this tool is it's setup process, within a few seconds it's ready to go. Cons Only thing I can say is over the years it was affordable. No, I never faced any issue. I highly suggest this. There are no issues with the software. I just need to take more time to learn all of the tools. Nothing so far. We liked this tool and recommend it. I would more happy if they add custom and according to time reports.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked the setup process and the customization to my company needs. The integration with QuickBooks generating weekly time sheets is great, there is no need to upload files. The geofencing is a valuable feature. Making changes and corrections involve simple steps. In general the product is easy to use and great value for money. Clocking in and out, also tracking time PTO/Vacation. Like the calendar to show who is off each day. I love that the payroll entry is so user friendly. From the time sheets to the payroll processing, this is a smooth process. It is very easy to access online. If I have any problems there are always someone there to assist me. We use workforce hub as a total solution for our time clock, onboarding, and HR needs. It has everything you need to adequately manage a business with around 50-100 employees like us. I can see it scaling up to 500 employees with ease. Most of the tasks we need to be complete are intuitive to navigate through the menus. They have a mobile app that is fully featured with remote login, time off requests, or time card review(and notation). Fingerprint login is also available and easy to setup. Cons When using the QuickBooks integration, the over time needs to be classified manually. Wanted to be able to adjust already approved time off, in the current weeks time sheet. I don't have any cons to this company. All issues that I had in the beginning, were quickly responded to and taken care of. There are a few design flaws that I don't like. If you have staff that have been "terminated" you can't add their their W-2. Lengthy onboarding experience and some minor issues with time punch exporting initially.
