	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Service, price, and easy to use. From the first person I talked with, to the second person (whom that's all I need), I couldn't be happier with. That's the number one thing I like about TicketSpice. We used TicketSpice for timed ticket sales at our Pumpkin Patch in 2020 and am using them again this year. Great support and easy to use. Customer Support is outstanding. Dave has been helpful and quick to respond to all my questions and needs. Very customizable and has a lot of great features. Very user friendly. Great staff - Dave and Shadi were super helpful. Accessible, staff is friendly, product is user friendly. Dave walked us through how to use everything on zoom and it was very easy. Cons There is really not much cons I can think of at this moment. I have no negative feed back, The product works as described. There are a few features I wish Ticket Spice had, but definitely not enough to deter me from using them. So far I do not see any "cons" to this ticketing platform. I don't know at this time, I have only been using the product a week.
