	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros As a counselor who practiced in the U.S. for many years, I'm really glad there's finally a counseling practice management system this good in China. I use it day to day for scheduling, session notes, and client records, and occasionally use its AI features, which have been genuinely helpful. The founding team comes from the National University of Singapore, they're very professional and respond quickly. Cons The onboarding demo video and setup flow are a bit long. Also, Ziji doesn't yet support many custom interface options, which I hope will be added.
