Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I generally use it 3-4 times a month for group meeting reminders, sometimes more. The service is easy to navigate, easy to use, easy to update. I like the scheduling feature so I can set up messages the night before or even well in advance; that way I can be on vacation and still send those reminders! Well priced and easy to use service. Support system is fantastic. I recommend it for start ups and small businesses on a budget. The system is easy to use and keeps us in compliance with state and federal laws. Would recommend it to anyone. The website is easy to navigate and instructions are clear. If I have a question or a special need I have received great help on the phone. Text180 is a great tool for my small business as people may not read emails or my social media, but they'll always see my text! I would highly recommend this texting service for your business. I love the scheduling feature and option to add images and links to the texts. Scheduling saves me a lot of time and I don't forget to send the texts when I am busy. I've used Text180 for 2 years now and love it! Cons Having just a few more available spaces would be great as I need to be quite creative to get all the info in along with the Zoom code (even a shortened code). But so far I've made it work. Cannot do much about emojis and limited text volume. The pricing is a little high. There may be cheaper options out there. I preferred the 5 digit code to add numbers, but the 1-800 option is working fine. Nothing! I haven't had one negative experience in the past two years.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This is an extremely comprehensive SMS service that puts all the others to shame. Provides a comprehensive dashboard for admin and clients alike that has everything you need to operate the service front and back. Reasonably easy to setup and operate. They will install it for you and even upgrade as needed. Customer service has always been right on target even when asking the dumb questions. Previously I had a white-labeled service but when everything went to 10DLC decided to see if I could find a way to "do my own" thing and not be under someone else's banner. Found this service, took a chance and have been extremely happy ever since. Cons Documentation and marketing materials/videos is a little clunky and could be updated. There is some issue with spammers/bots getting accounts you have to delete but its gotten a lot better down to just an occasional few, and the accounts don't have access to anything until you zap them (as long as you set it up so new accounts cannot get a number or really do anything until they buy a package. (did have one actually buy a package but could tell right away it was a fraud account so I kicked them before anything could go thru). Setting up your system to make purchase of numbers can seem a little complicated at first but that's no ones fault.
