	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Software seemed okay, but new platform is just awful. When you do not need support and can manage somethings yourself its okay. The software is OK. We were possibly going to use this software for our Annual Conference but I have no confidence in the company. Cons Everything, mainly the people behind VSS. They charge money when they shouldn't and if something isn't working it takes ages before they get back to you, and if they get back they avoid the problem and come up with silly answers. The company charges when they shouldn't and doesn't give refunds when they make a mistake.
