Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use software but also flexible enough for us at SLC, good objectives and performance reviews but also contains the culture stuff too. Also like the office 365 integration with teams. Service guys are also good. Cons Nothing much, maybe a lack of personal development plans but i've been told that is coming this year.
