Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Spark Chart is a very practical survey builder tool to create and get useful responses. Integration with MailChimp email marketing is very practical. Easy to use the tool. Multi-language and platform support. It's a great program to use when you're trying to collect surveys and data from customers or pretty much anyone. Customer service is unbeatable Features that you'd expect are all there Features that you wouldn't expect in such a tool are also available that can take the capabilities to the next level. Then with the pricing as compared to some of the competitors, it's a no brainer. The reporting functionality is a stand out feature with plenty of options to analyse and filter results, change graph types and customise the presentation. Easy to create any type of survey and use your own logo and branding. Many options for sending out surveys, tracking progress and analyzing the results. The survey templates are extremely useful and cover a large range of needs, from customers to employees to research. Support has been very quick and extremely helpful. Spark chart is a very flexible survey system. Every aspect of the survey is customisable - from the written content seen by end-users to the ways in which they can access surveys (anonymously or named). And it is still easy to use. I have launched simple surveys in minutes and more complex surveys in just a few hours. Most of the work is done for you. Spark Chart also generates high-quality, shareable reports that clearly visualise the data. Spark Chart is regularly updated with new features and innovations. Cons It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons. Development and improvements were very slow the first while. Customization options (confirmed they're in queue w/ development). Some small areas are a little restricted on what can be changed but sounds like those options are in the pipe line. None really. There is a bit to learn because there are so many features but that is to be expected with so many customizing options. The data reporting is very powerful, but I am looking forward to even more complex reporting features that are in development and will be released soon.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. SurveyLab can be easily integrated with third-party application for more features. 2. The surveys created on Survey Lab are intuitive and fun to attempt by the user. 3. The creation of surveys does not take a lot of time. 4. The user interface is user-friendly. It can be share over any social media. It has the most responsive interface. It let you make forms from templates and sample designs. I have been making forms for getting feedback. You will get accurate data from it. The sample forms gets updated regularly. Data accuracy is very high. Everything can be monitored while form is active. It has very precise colour scheme. I have used a lot of platforms to make feedbacks but my finest experience was with this platform. You get all the necessary tools at one place. It has templates to help you. You can send it to anyone. I have been using it to take feedbacks, it helps me know what are the things my coworker wants and what are changes I need to make in the working environment. It is easy and very handy. Tools are really helpful. Cons 1. Honestly, I haven't found any con of this software in my usage, it does what it claims. No cons as per say but it could have more user friendly dashboard. It is new in the market. It doesn't have trial version. I am using it since last year and I have not felt any major issues with it. Not that famous and needs a few modifications in the user-interface. Price is nice but should involve more things.
