	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is agent-based & organically hosted. It recognizes & optimizes applications on-premise, cloud & datacenter. It even recognizes virus, pirated software & malware - all really accurately. It's so easy to operate that our non-technical finance team are now experts in using it! Surprisingly, all the hosting, all connectors, all platforms and technologies & EVEN TRAINING are included in the one license price. We got measurable ROI within 2 months using their advanced software usage metrics program. This includes the managed SAM service we took from our reseller. Cons We wanted to investigate a non-agent based system which Xensam doesn't have. After investigating Aspera, Snow & Certero, agent-based solutions are actually more appropriate.
