They lose them because the phone rings and nobody answers, the customer calls three times for one status update, and the manager finds out about a problem when the survey comes back. Numa is the AI Operating System that fixes this where it breaks: in the daily work. Operator answers and routes every inbound call, so nothing goes dark. Status Updates reaches the customer before they have to call, so advisors stop drowning in callbacks. Voice AI books the appointment in the conversation, so the customer never waits. LiveCSI™ flags upset customers in real time, so managers step in before the CSI score takes the hit. Opportunities goes after declined services, open recalls, and equity moments while they're still warm. One inbox. One shared context. Your whole team working from the same system. Surveys tell you what happened last month. Numa is what happens today.
