Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We have young front desk agents. Many only know the basics of digital computing. This software is as basic at it comes. it's not cloud based which i prefer. that about it but this needs to be at least fifty words. please excuse the unnecessary verbage. Cons A lot of bugs - silly bugs that could easily be fixed but there does not seem a care from the staff at saner software. In proving this, their customer service is solely communication is via email. If you have a vital question, you may have to wait 3-4 days to get an unclear and fragmented response forcing you to request further clarification in a reply and back again.... Mean while you've seen 30-50 patients since and the practice is behind schedule and the billing is paralyzed. buggy software dishonest amateur support has moved to subscription only
