Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Good pricing. Basic online serve-yourself email administration. Live person answers on tech support lines when you call in. Cons Tech Support is VERY hit or miss on their ability to (1) speak english and understand your issue (2) be able to resolve the issue. (9/10 times they will open a support ticket -and that's it.) Their documentation is VERY POOR and outdated. hey regularly disrupt business with mid-week server changes, outages and "upgrades." Really makes it difficult to cancel their services.		Pros from Real Users Pros It allows the team to work remotely but still be connected to our phone system. The analytics and features the software allows is remarkable. It ties into salesforce so you do not have to manually make notes of call times and duration. You can even set it up to record so making manual call notes can be a thing of the past. I believe this is possible, we are currently working on setting it up into salesforce so we have not enabled this feature yet. Works very well for whatever business model it answering setup you need. Lots of data and many options!! Recommended. Love how easy it is to forward a call, blind or not.
