Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Sharp Archive provides many archives at a low cost. And their customer support is so good I was completely surprised. It feels like a HUGE improvement over what we were using. I really love how simple and modern it is. It just feels great! Onboarding was really quick. Our bank had been using our old software since before I was here, so I don't know how it compares. One of the vice presidents and I set aside some time to change over to Sharp Archive. We thought it would take an hour to get it going. Sign up took about 30 seconds and then we added our accounts in probably another 30 seconds. It was so fast we were a little confused for a second, like "Is that it?" it was :) We also appreciated how it grabbed all our history. We thought we were going to have to download from the old software, migrate everything over, and that Sharp Archive would just start archiving but not capture old posts. Nope. The whole history loaded up right away. Cons There are few video guides like YouTube. Instead, they support a demo site. I wish it did email archiving. We have a different system for email, but it would be great to have it all in one place. Maybe something to add.
