	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very easy to use, stable video and audio quality, even with large groups. Works well across devices and connections. It's simple to schedule and host online meetings with Zoom. Again, Zoom enhances real-time chat during meeting. Ability to make HD video calls and high-quality audio calls. Zoom makes it simple to make and receive HD video and high-fidelity audio calls. Zoom is a reliable platform for screen sharing. It's possible to record online meeting sessions with Zoom. Zoom is a reliable platform for sending instant messages. High-quality audio and video performance User-friendly interface, even for non-technical users Screen sharing and whiteboard options are very helpful Breakout rooms allow group collaboration easily Reliable connectivity, even with average internet Works smoothly on both desktop and mobile Meeting recording and transcription features Virtual background and noise suppression features are great. Impressive with channels for group communication to seamlessly manage projects. Terrific for chats with team to ensure quick feedback. Cons The free version is limited in meeting duration, and advanced features require paid plans. It's disgusting when I get disconnected from calls when using Zoom due to poor network connectivity. Call disconnection and meeting drop-off are the main challenges that I have experienced with Zoom when having unstable internet connectivity. Free plan ends in 40 mins; HD video needs strong, stable internet for smooth experience. Impressive with project management by use of groups and channels.
