Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I wanted to have my business run through an app. They were cheaper than Ginger. I wish I had chosen Ginger. Cons Staff is rude and insulting. Live Chat takes hours to respond which is terrible when you have a customer at the desk. I went all the way to the CEO I was so upset and he was just as bad as the staff. The software is glitchy and a huge waste of time. Ive lost 1,000's of dollars due to RunLoyal.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Form capabilities and ease of use. Their booking Widget that we have added to our website is quite revolutionary! Cons Wish the video conferencing was integrated with the calendar.
