Tasks that felt time consuming before this program, are finished at a faster rate! I’ve been so pleased, ESP as someone who is not tech savvy at all. This is easy to use and the support team go above and beyond with customer service! Great customer service. The service is simple to set up and use, even for technology inept users. High response rate to recipients of text messaging. I felt easy to use this on phone or on computer. Easy to engage with a huge mass of audience. Lots of features too. Cons It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons. There was a learning curve, but everything has that. Greg was easy to get ahold of to help me figure it out! Ability for duplicates to load in multiple lists. Sometimes clients got redundant information. It would be great if there was a mobile App to use the platform when not on desktop, but not a huge deal to make it much of a "con". Except user error I had not faced any problems. I just simply loved it.
