Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to setup and use. Our employees love having the options and rewards for their hard work. They also like the idea of being recognized. With many reward options, there is something for everyone. From instant savings coupons to cashback. The data that can be extracted can be useful to our compensation plans, and the rewards aspect has made us a more attractive employer to potential hires and attractive new talent. Cons Can't say I have any real issues with the software/program. I really like the idea of rewarding hard work and going the extra mile. The only controlling the amount of rewards being given. It is more internal for us, but some people tend to give rewards easier or quicker. This is an internal issue.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very effective if used right. Integrations with 3rd party apps. Tangible view of progress across whole organization. Intuitive interface, easy to use, reasonably priced, great customer success team, links company and team objectives seamlessly. Most intuitive UI and fascinating customer care. Russian speaking coach :) Lots of customization and TV dashboard! Cons Can be cumbersome at first, would use with intelligent suggestions given team presets. Even though it's meant to be a directional tool, some literature like weekly check-ins is confusing towards it being a task tracking tool. 1:1 reviews should support other cadences than just weekly. Some bugs but they fix them fast or you just need to refresh your page. Some functions become unavailable if you switch from dashboard to other views like tree view for example. Thats seems strange to me.
