Ticket Tailor is a fantastic platform—simple, efficient, and cost-effective. Setting up and managing events is seamless, with great flexibility and excellent customer support. Highly recommend! Ticket Tailor lives up to its claim as the most loved ticketing platform! I was looking for an app I could run myslef to avoid 3rd Parties, and I was mesmerized by the app. The setup was incredibly straightforward, and I got all the features I needed without any complexity: everything worked smoothly from managing different ticket types to tracking sales. The transparent pricing and easy website integration were huge bonuses. Perfect for anyone who wants a powerful but hassle-free ticketing system for their events! Excellent product for hassle free event bookings Highly recommend to get good user experience Good customer service I made the switch from Eventbrite to Ticket Tailor for selling tickets for my forest bathing walks (Soft Earth Forest Therapy), and I'm so glad I did. Not only is Ticket Tailor B Corp certified, they donate a portion of each ticket sold to one of their climate charity partners. Their services are seamless and easy to use, their support is fast, kind, and helpful, and I feel really good knowing that a portion of the fees I pay for are supporting an awesome business doing important work for small entrepreneurs like me, as well as our planet. Cons It'd be great to have different ways to communicate with customers, not just email. As an independent event organizer, I appreciate their transparent pricing and ease of use. No issues. Works as advertised Nothing major to highlight here. So far my experience has been good. It's too good price discount should have more for community events I can't think of anything at the moment that I am unhappy with.
