Each venue gets a branded booking page on its own subdomain. Payment goes straight into the venue's own Stripe account, so the venue is the merchant of record and Hatch never holds the money.
Recurring sessions and one-off events, capacity limits with live availability, ticket types, add-ons, discount codes and off-peak pricing. QR tickets are scanned at the door on a phone or tablet, and a built-in till takes walk-ins on a card reader, so online and in-person reconcile.
After the sale it builds the mailing list, asks visitors for a review and chases unfinished baskets. Multi-venue operators run several sites under one login, each with its own branding and Stripe account.
