I used mainly to report any maintenance issues in our hotel also housekeeping tasks to be done. Clear simple to use. Highly recommended to maintain property. Its ease of use and how quickly you can add requests, amazing The customer care is the best I have ever encountered, no issue too big or small, response times to queries are brilliant. The Snapfix app is simple to use, gives clear/direct messages to all our users, and is convenient and accessible anywhere or on the go to any smartphone. Photo based productivity. Versatility. Ability to store documents. Visual representation is wonderful to navigate. With Snapfix, I love that I am able to take a picture and get things done in a way that I'm used to -- a text and WhatsApp-esque interface that is so easy and utilizes the smart phone camera and most importantly my workflow of how I do everything in life. Cons Sometimes tasks discrepancy between android and apple users. What's not to like, so easy to use, I'm lost as to finding a con. The lack of font sizes and color selection for a text message, and also there is no edit option if you type a wrong message I know the developers are working on it to improve. Occasionally I needed to refresh/reload or re-install the application (this was quick and easy, but still a little inconvenient). The Snapfix interface is simple. Though, it can keep getting simpler and more beautiful!
