Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It has an easy to use dashboard that displays all the relevant metrics and information for my online reputation. I can see my Reputation Score, which is a comprehensive measure of how my brand is perceived online, based on factors like review volume, ratings, sentiment, and visibility. I can also see how I stack up against my competitors and industry benchmarks, and get actionable recommendations to improve my score. It allows me to easily manage and respond to reviews from various sources, including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and industry-specific sites. I can use templates or customize my responses and track the status and impact of each response. I can also solicit feedback from my customers via email or text surveys, and use the results to improve my customer experience and loyalty. It has a social posting suite that allows me to create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I can also monitor and interact with comments and mentions, and use the social listening feature to discover relevant conversations and trends. Reputation provides analytics and reports that help me measure the performance and reach of my social media campaigns. The local SEO feature helps me optimize my business listings on Google My Business and other directories. I am able to update my information, photos and offers at all my locations in one place and ensure accuracy and consistency. Reputation also helps me rank higher in local search results by generating more reviews, improving my ratings, and increasing my visibility. Cons It is a bit expensive compared to other online reputation management software. Pricing depends on how many locations, features, and integrations I need, but can range from $99 to $499 per month per location. There is no free trial or free plan available, but there is a demo option that shows how the software works. Sometimes it has glitches and bugs that affect its functionality. For example, sometimes reviews don't load correctly, or notifications are delayed. Sometimes social media posts don't get published or the analytics are inaccurate. These issues are usually resolved quickly by the support team, but they can be frustrating and inconvenient. It doesn't have a mobile app that you can use on the go. There is a mobile-optimized website that I can access from my phone or tablet, but it doesn't have all the features and capabilities of the desktop version. A mobile app would be more convenient and efficient to manage my online reputation anytime anywhere.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Yext does absolutely nothing for you or your business. There are zero pros. You see how those videos literally explain nothing. They got one star from me because I couldn’t choose less than one. Cons There is no product. There is no one to talk to or help you once you purchase YEXT. Look them up, their revenue is hundreds of millions a year, but you can’t get anyone on the phone or email support help. Nothing. The main phone number on the website doesn’t even work to connect you to anyone. There is no product to show. There is no way to show that it’s doing anything or working. No “before & after “ data or reports to show that it’s a real thing and helping your business. It’s predominantly sold by 3rd party resellers that know even less about it. Once you pay for it (whatever it is?) good luck. As I mentioned above - even that marketing video explains nothing about WHAT the product is. I tried to contact them dozens of times to get help or support or direction of what to do after paying $800.00. Nothing. No responses. There is no “product”. Biggest scam around.
