About

Expand your reach without sacrificing your margins! Relay delivers orders from all your platforms so that you can keep using third-party apps for your restaurant’s marketing, while cutting your delivery commissions. Stop letting third-party apps eat your margins while overcharging your customers. With Relay as your fulfilment partner, you could reduce your commissions by up to 75%. No more juggling multiple apps and devices. We can set you up with a unified management system that aggregates phone-orders, orders from your website, and integrates with all the most popular delivery apps overnight! Talk to one of our specialists about your restaurant's needs, and they will walk you through Relay’s technology and services. Unselect the delivery option from third-party platforms. Continue to receive orders from 3rd party delivery platforms but use Relay for a more affordable and consistent delivery option.

About

SecureDesk is a self-hosted remote support and device management platform for Windows environments, built so the operator's own infrastructure, not a third-party cloud sits in the middle of every session. It supports two connection modes: attended sessions for real-time, on-demand remote assistance where the end user is present to approve the connection, and unattended access for managing devices that aren't actively staffed, such as servers or kiosks. For deeper troubleshooting, technicians can drop into a SYSTEM-level shell to run administrative commands directly on the endpoint. The core of its design is the encryption model: both the technician's console and the remote endpoint generate their own AES-256-GCM keys, and endpoints connect outbound-only. The self-hosted relay that brokers each session only ever forwards ciphertext it holds no key for, so even the relay operator can't see or decrypt session content.

Audience

Restaurants wanting to grow their margins using a delivery platform

Audience

IT support teams, help desks, and managed service providers (MSPs) responsible for Windows environments — anyone doing remote troubleshooting or device management who wants to avoid routing session data through a third-party cloud. It's a strong fit for organizations in privacy- and compliance-sensitive industries (healthcare, finance, legal, government) where visibility into remote-support traffic is a real security concern, since the relay itself can't decrypt session content. It also suits solo technicians and small IT shops via the free tier (one technician, three devices), as well as larger teams needing unattended access to unstaffed devices like servers and kiosks.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • I am sorry but i do not have 100 characters to describe the frustration, enduring the lying APP and putting up with the rudest slovenly driver I have ever come across.

Cons

  • They lie. They do not have any drivers. Ordered from same restaurant for 30 years which is less than 2 miles from my home. It took relay 15 minutes to acknowledge my order. Then 30 minutes from time it was ready to get to me. Delivered by slovenly foreigner who cursed me out in a foreign language because I would not wait for him to take my picture with bag! Surreal experience.
