The most outstanding feature is the interactive user interface which is quite easy to operate and possess rich messaging capabilities, brand communication information and channel updates, improved learner and client engagement and also ensuring timely promulgation of various announcements and updates and making the interaction extremely seamless and structured. Rich Content is a Huge Pro. The ability to allow for Company logo, Name addition is brilliant. Helps in Overall Customer Communication Flow The interface is simple and straightforward in handling business messages. I like how the app supports rich messaging, including buttons, images, carousels, and others. The app has automated most of business workflow SimplyRCS workflow and automation features are useful when a customer journey has several steps. Visual workflow tools make it easier to think through what should happen after a customer receives or responds to a message. Cons Currently, we are facing some challenges in messaging language adaptability as per different dialect and regions when engaging locally with stakeholders from different countries. Also, it would be beneficial, if we bring some cost affordability aspect in renewals and integrations for boosting payment transparency. Currently, its exorbitantly high and should be made cost affordable for wider reach. Learners and clients often complaints about integration issue around compatible devices and network support requirement. Also, we would want more orientation and training sessions for new incumbents for early adoption and seamless execution Highly dependent on Carrier/Device Support. If RCS isn't available it falls back to sms so you lose some of the facility it provides The app requires additional configuration and this happens for advanced workflow The set up takes time, and this happens in carrier registration For more complicated workflows, I'd like to see additional customization options. The basic workflow approach is straightforward, but advanced requirements may need more configuration.
